Lake Navarino Forest Resort is one of Western Australia's best kept secrets, nestled in the jarrah forest just an hour and a half from Perth, between Waroona and Dwellingup. It's the perfect place to escape the city, to relax and slip into the peaceful and unhurried pace of nature.

Please be aware that in June last year a fire totally destroyed our Office, Kiosk and Restaurant. The fire was caused by an electrical fault, not as a result of a bushfire
Our Office has been temporarily relocated. Please follow the signs. It's business as usual for Camping and staying in our accommodation.
At the moment we do not have a shop so you need to bring most things with you, we do have ice & swap gas available. Also remember that town is only 10 minutes drive away where there are two hotels, a Super IGA Plus Liquor store, a Chemart Pharmacy, NAB bank, Bendigo Bank with ATM, newsagency, three fuel outlets.
The resort's accommodation is set amongst the natural lakeside forest with something for everyone, from cottages, cabins, and park homes to shady powered and un-powered sites for caravans and even lakeside campsites for the adventurous. For those camping in the caravan park area there is a small camp kitchen available for your covenience.
Lake Navarino Forest Resort is a bush lover's paradise with lots to do for those looking for a truly natural experience. Bush-walking, canoeing, white water rafting (see Dwellingup Adventures under Adventure Activities), mountain biking, horse riding and fishing are among the many things you can do to relax and get in touch with nature. The area surrounding the resort is also rich in local cultural, historical attractions and activities for those wishing to explore further a field.
We are PET FRIENDLY, you can bring pooch here for a holiday as well but please inform staff when you arrive. Please note we do not permit animals inside our onsite accommodation units, they are allowed to be on the veranda or balcony and they must be kept on a short lead at all times, a dog bond usually applies.
The lake is temporarily closed to water skiing
After more than 5 months of careful management of the water stocks, the lake has dropped below the safe minimum level 199m AHD and Dept of Transport Marine Safety officers have erected signs announcing the temporary closure to Water skiing.
