Terms & Conditions

Campground Policies

Lake Navarino Holiday Park is nestled in the Jarrah forest between Waroona and Dwellingup, just north of Perth. The park offers cabins, caravan sites, camping options, and pet-friendly accommodation.

To ensure every guest enjoys a safe and pleasant stay, all visitors must adhere to the following Terms and Conditions. By making a booking at the park, you agree to these policies.

Respect and Conduct

Please be considerate of fellow guests and staff during your stay.

Disrespectful, aggressive, abusive, or inappropriate behaviour towards staff or other guests will not be tolerated at any time. Management reserves the right to ask guests to leave without refund if these guidelines are not followed.

Winter Warmer Promotion

Promotion valid for bookings made for stays between 1 June 2026 and 31 August 2026.

Eligible bookings will automatically receive one entry per night booked into the weekly draw.

One winner will be drawn each Monday during the promotion period. Bookings must be made by the Monday before your stay to go into the draw.

Prize consists of a Fire Starter Package valued at over $70, including fire pit hire, firewood, fire starters, marshmallows, hot chocolate, and selected campfire treats.

Prize is valid for use during the winner’s booked stay only and is not transferable or redeemable for cash.

Winners will be notified at check in.

If a booking is cancelled prior to arrival, the entry will become invalid.

Promotion is subject to fire restrictions, weather conditions, and park policies. In the event of a total fire ban or unsafe conditions, parts of the prize may be substituted or unavailable.

Management reserves the right to amend or withdraw the promotion at any time without notice.

By entering the promotion, guests agree to these terms and conditions

Quiet Hours and Noise Curfew

Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am.

During this time:

  • Music must be kept at a low level.

  • Children must remain at your site.

  • Generators must be turned off.

  • Vehicle movement within the park is not permitted after 10:00 pm.

  • Check-ins and check-outs are not permitted after 10:00 pm.

Disruptive or rowdy behaviour is not tolerated at any time.

Speed Limit and Vehicles

A strict 8 km/h speed limit applies throughout the park at all times. Roads are shared by pedestrians, cyclists, and vehicles.

Bikes, non-electric scooters, and skateboards are permitted but must not be used after dark. All equipment must be ridden responsibly, adhering to the 8 km/h speed limit. Children must wear protective helmets and appropriate footwear.

Electric scooters are prohibited within the park.

Unlicensed motorbikes and quad bikes are not permitted within the park or surrounding areas.

Check-In / Check-Out

Guests must report to reception upon arrival.

  • Sites: Check-in from 11:00 am | Check-out by 11:00 am

  • Accommodation: Check-in from 2:00 pm | Check-out by 10:00 am

Late check-outs for sites may be arranged subject to availability.

Guests arriving after 5:00 pm must email in advance with their booking confirmation to arrange late check-in.

No refunds will be provided for cancellations or stay reductions after check-in, or if guests are asked to leave due to non-compliance with park rules.

All guests must obtain an access card upon arrival. Cards must be returned at check-out. Failure to return a card will incur a replacement fee of $25 per card.

Accommodation Bookings

All accommodation is dog-friendly; however:

  • Dogs are not permitted on furniture or beds.

  • Guests must minimise dog hair in cabins.

  • Brooms are provided for cleaning.

Guests must leave accommodation as it was found, including washing, drying, and putting away all dishes. Additional cleaning charges may apply.

Accommodation is charged for a minimum of two people per unit, with an additional fee of $25 per person per night.

If bed linen is used but not paid for at check-in, additional charges will apply.

Cancellation Policy

Peak Periods

(School holidays, long weekends, public holidays, and special events)

Sites:

  • Free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival

  • 50% charge for cancellations 14–7 days prior

  • 100% charge if cancelled within 7 days

Accommodation:

  • Free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival

  • 50% charge for cancellations 29–14 days prior

  • 100% charge if cancelled within 14 days

Outside Peak Periods

Sites:

  • 100% charge if cancelled within 48 hours of arrival

Accommodation:

  • 100% charge if cancelled within 7 days of arrival

Fires

Fires, including charcoal BBQs, are not permitted during restricted burning periods.

Campfires are permitted during winter months but must be contained within an approved fire pit (BYO or hire from the park).

Guests must confirm current fire conditions at check-in, as additional restrictions may apply due to local regulations or weather conditions.

Parent Supervision

Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising children at all times and ensuring they comply with park rules.

Parents are liable for any damage caused by their children.

Pets Policy

Dogs are welcome but must:

  • Be kept on a short lead at all times

  • Be supervised at all times

  • Not be left unattended

  • Not bark excessively

  • Not be allowed on furniture or beds

  • Not enter the camp kitchen, ablution blocks, or office

  • Not be washed in park showers or basins

Guests must clean up after their dogs immediately and dispose of waste in designated bins.

Cats and other pets are not permitted.

Guests are responsible for any injury or damage caused by their pets and may be required to pay compensation. Management may request a pet bond, which may be forfeited for non-compliance.

Visitors

All visitors must:

  • Report to reception upon arrival

  • Pay the $10 day visitor fee

Visitors must leave the park by sundown.

Visitors are not permitted during peak periods when the park is at full capacity.

Recycling and Rubbish

Guests are encouraged to recycle eligible containers in the wire bins located throughout the park. Funds raised support park revegetation projects.

General rubbish must be bagged and placed in the skip bins provided.

Fish scraps must be wrapped and bagged before disposal.

Failure to leave sites or accommodation clean may result in additional cleaning charges.

Security

Guests are responsible for the security of their personal belongings. Valuables should be kept secure and out of sight.

Management is not liable for theft, loss, or damage to personal property.

Incidents

Any incidents, damage, or concerns must be reported to the front office immediately.
