For those adventurous types who like being close to nature, Lake Navarino Forest Resort has many camping options to accommodate you.
Powered sites, unpowered bush sites and lakeside camping in your choice of natural settings. Please note that all camp sites need to be paid for at the site office before setting up your site.
Powered Camping
Developed in keeping with the natural bushland surroundings, power to your tent is available, for your convenience, on spacious sites under the trees. Shared wood-fired barbecues are available (Not available in the summer) plus there is a large gas BBQ in the camp kitchen. It's just a short walk to the shared ablution block and laundry area. Unpowered Bush Camping
Please note all un-powered camping is on a first-in first-served basis only, it cannot be reserved, please do not ring us to enquire about booking an un-powered site.
Unpowered sites are available for those visitors who prefer to keep their camping uncomplicated. Shared wood-fired barbecues are available (not available in summer, bring gas BBQ's) and it's just a short walk to the shared ablution block and laundry area. All of theses sites are on a first-in first served basis and you must check-in at our office before setting up camp.

Lakeside Camping
These sites are also unpowered so if you are looking for a picturesque and more secluded setting, why not camp under the stars at our Lakeside Camping area just another 5 minutes drive from the Resort. Set in natural bushland with a minimum of development, you can enjoy the relaxing view of the lake and see many birds and native animals in their own backyard. Get back to nature without being too far off the beaten track. There are no flushing toilets or showers but Eco toilets are provided.
These sites are on a first-in first served basis and you must check-in at our office before setting up camp.
